Tracked hydraulic drilling rigs typically consist of core components such as the main unit, hydraulic station, control panel, and tracks. These components are connected via ultra-high-pressure hydraulic hoses for flexible movement. Taking the ZDY15000 model as an example, it mainly comprises a movement system, a drilling platform rotation assembly, a feed mechanism assembly, a hydraulic power system, a stabilizing device, an electrical system, and an operation control system. Taking the ZDY7300LX model as an example, it mainly comprises a tracked chassis assembly, a seat assembly, a control mechanism, a pump power assembly, an oil tank assembly, a column assembly, a power head assembly, a guide rail assembly, a clamping device assembly, and a sight assembly.

Their design employs a modular approach, featuring a compact structure, small size, and easy assembly and disassembly. The track movement, rotation, feed, and stabilization systems are independent, with clear functional zones. An integrated track structure is used, with the main unit, serving as the drilling rig's actuator, located at the front of the tracked vehicle for easy maintenance, while the control panel is located at the rear for convenient observation of the borehole opening.
