Mobile crushing equipment is an integrated unit combining feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying. Tire-mounted mobile crushing plants are moved by a trailer providing traction, with the frame towing and the tires assisting in movement. During installation, external power is used, and a hydraulic control system controls the hydraulic cylinders to complete the installation. During operation, external power drives the motors of the main unit and auxiliary equipment. Tracked mobile crushing plants are moved by a power system powered by a hydraulic control system that drives the tracked chassis. During installation and production, the power system automatically completes the installation and drives and controls the main unit and auxiliary equipment.

Materials are evenly fed into the crusher by the feeder. After initial crushing, a closed-loop system formed by a circular vibrating screen achieves material recycling. Materials meeting the particle size requirements are output by a conveyor. Mobile crushing plants can be configured into "crushing before screening" or "screening before crushing" processes according to different crushing requirements. Materials enter the main unit from the hopper or belt conveyor for crushing or screening, and are then discharged via belt conveyor.
